Yes, we offer a 10% discount to Non-Profits on all perforated paper orders. Please call customer support at 888.509.1233 to assist you with your discount. Please provide your Federal Non-Profit ID 9-digit number.
Shipments and returns
No, we do not carry an inventory of perforated paper. We perforate our papers and card stock as we receive each order. For this reason it is not possible to order pre-perforated paper to avoid the processing time for your order. Standard processing time for perforated paper orders is at least 3 business days with options available to expedite the order.
We custom-perforate each order as it comes in. The paper we stock is not perforated. Each order we receive at PerforatedPaper.com is a custom order for each of our valued customers. In order to keep our prices low and allow you the choice of many paper colors, weights, and perforation configurations, we perforate just to your specifications after you place your order. For that reason, we cannot accept product returns or allow an order to be canceled after the paper has been perforated.
If for some reason you do not want to use the perforated paper you have received, please phone us at 888.509.1233. As you can imagine, shipping paper is expensive, so we ask you to consider recycling the paper. We hope you understand and appreciate the flexibility this allows you when ordering.
The minimum quantity of sheets that we currently perforate is 250 for card stocks and 500 for bond weight paper.
When ordering different papers with the same configuration online, the website will recognize the same perforation format and adjust the price to give a volume discount based on the total number of sheets.
PerforatedPaper.com orders are shipped in boxes that include both the product that was ordered as well as a bill of lading or a receipt that lists the items that should be found in the box.
Each ream of perforated paper is individually shrink wrapped and carefully packaged.
We work hard to ensure that every package is shipped to arrive in the same condition that it leaves our facility. If your shipment is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct the problem.
After your order is processed we will ship it to you using the method that you select during the checkout process.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and which shipping method you choose. To view a price for each shipping option, add the item to your shopping cart. When you are viewing the item in your shopping cart there is a box directly under the contents of your cart that asks for a zip code to estimate shipping. Enter your zip code and hit the button and the page will then generate a popup window that displays the different shipping options and their costs. This tool is also available on the different product pages next to the field that allows you to select quantity.
Ground Shipping can take 3-6 business days to arrive. Note the estimated arrival date once you have entered your zip code.
No, our perforations run in a straight line from one edge of the paper to the other. We do not offer dye cuts or partial perforations.
No, we do not offer hole punching or hole drilling services. However, we offer a selection of pre-punched paper products that cover the most common use cases!
PerforatedPaper.com does not currently offer any scoring, creasing, or folding on any of our papers.
No, we are not able to perforate this type of stock.
We do not perforate on any type of adhesive label or adhesive stock.
No, that would be a partial perforation. Our perforations run in a straight line from one edge of the paper to the other.
PerforatedPaper.com offers letter and legal size paper. These are available in bond and card stock weights, in a variety of colors. View the available papers here.
In general we suggest using heavier papers for applications such as tickets. The average office paper is a 20 lb Bond Paper (75 gsm - grams per square meter). In comparison, we generally print tickets on a 110# Index (200 gsm) or heavier when we are printing our own tickets. Most of our papers are laser compatible. Every printer is different, so we do suggest you test our papers if you are not sure.
We also offer a sample packet that we can send to you. The packet contains samples of one sheet of every paper we offer, along with color swatches so you can see the different weights and colors of our paper. This allows you to test the sheets in your printer. The samples are randomly perforated so you may see the quality of our perforations. If you are interested in receiving a sample packet, please email your mailing address to email@example.com.
No, we do not perforate paper from outside sources. The only paper we perforate is the paper that we receive from our supplier.
